Britney Huneycutt, D.O.
Doctor of Osteopathic Family Medicine
Dr. Huneycutt is a native of Central Florida, attending the University of Central Florida (UCF) to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology & Molecular Biology in 2008. The following year Dr. Huneycutt worked with Florida Hospital’s Cancer Institute in the field of Gynecologic Oncology, completing research and assisting in their fellowship training program while electing for post-graduate studies at UCF. Dr. Huneycutt then moved to Suwanee, Georgia where she attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine-Georgia Campus. There she completed an extra year of training in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine skills and teaching, graduating with her medical degree (DO) in 2014. Moving back to Orlando, FL to be close to family, Dr. Huneycutt completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Florida Hospital’s East Orlando through 2017.
Dr. Huneycutt continues practicing Family Medicine in Central Florida and now offers personalized care for children and adults in her own practice in Altamonte Springs, FL. She enjoys proving patients of all ages with a personalized and holistic approach, focusing on health and prevention. She is skilled in performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), including Cranial-Sacral techniques.
Certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Licensures include the Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, State of Florida Osteopathic Medicine and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Dr. Huneycutt continues her education through involvement in multiple medical organizations, including the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO), Osteopathic Cranial Academy (OCA). She also enjoys providing medical education through teaching pre-medical and medical students as well as Nurse Practitioner students in her office.
Dr. Huneycutt enjoys giving back to her community through medical volunteering and educating girls about puberty. She is also the current Medical Director for Shalom Orlando's preschool and summer camps at the Jewish Community Center in Maitland, FL. Dr. Huneycutt also enjoys crafts, Disney World, and spending time with her husband, four children and pets.

Sandy McCollough, APRN
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
(Nurse Practitioner)
An award-winning nurse practitioner and experienced nurse educator, Sandy McCollough, MN, APRN-C, brings an in-depth understanding of both pediatric and adult oncology and intensive care. Her specialties include acute and chronic illness, elder care, health screenings and testing, immunizations and flu shots, minor injury care, pediatric care and preventive care. In addition to her considerable clinical experience, Sandy is certified in clinical research and is a seasoned clinical research project coordinator and clinical trial sub-investigator, participating in more than 20 clinical research projects and multiple clinical trials for cholesterol and hypertensive medications.
Sandy earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Florida College of Nursing and her bachelor's degree in business administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. A certified Orange County adult schoolteacher, Sandy has been a featured speaker at several nursing conventions. She's also an associate professor of nursing at the University of Central Florida's School of Nursing and provides clinical training for new nurse practitioners. Active in both professional associations and her community, Sandy's work has been recognized by the Florida Nurses Association Nurse's Excellence Award for nurse practitioners.
Sandy enjoys volunteering, sewing, crafts, reading, traveling, and spending time with family (including her Daughter Dr. Huneycutt) and her grand-children.
Sandy retired from Advent Health in 2020, after working 20+ years in Family Medicine, and returned to work part-time with Huneycutt Family Practice in 2022 when her grand-daughter (Dr. Huneycutt's daughter) was diagnosed with Leukemia. We are appreciative of her support in allowing Dr. Huneycutt to focus on caring for her family and her patients.

Chelsea
Office Manager
Chelsea is a Florida native who started working at Huneycutt Family Practice in the fall of 2021 as our receptionist. In January 2022, she become our office manager. She has previously worked in the animal care industry and retail before transitioning to the healthcare field. She has always had an interest in healthcare, health science, and has a heart of gold for helping others.
She enjoys family time with her husband and two children. She is very involved in the community with the youth as the Cheer Director and Cheer Coach for a recreational cheer and football team.

Chantelle
Medical Assistant
Chantelle began working at Huneycutt Family Practice in July 2022 as one of our front desk staff. She quickly excelled at her job duties and in January 2023 she became one of our medical assistants. She is planning on pursuing nursing school to become an RN. She is excited to continue with her journey in healthcare as she finds it very fulfilling.
When she’s not at the office, you can catch her at the gym or riding waves at the beach. Her passion for acting allows her artistic side to flourish through in every aspect of her life.

Sarah
Receptionist
Sarah is an Orlando native and began working at Huneycutt Family Practice in June 2024. She has a background in Veterinary Medicine working as a nurse at local animal hospitals over the past decade. Her passion for medicine led her to HFP as our receptionist.
When Sarah is not at work you can find her at the beach with her family, hanging by the pool, or playing outside with her dog.

Alandra
Office and Medical Assistant
Alandra is a recently graduated from the University of Central Florida, earning her bachelor’s degree in Biology. With ambitious goals of entering the medical field, she began working at Huneycutt Family Practice in June 2024. Her eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude, make her a great addition to the team. Alandra is looking forward to finding new roles where she can grow, contribute, and make a difference.
Outside of her professional interests, Alandra enjoys running, spending time with her family, and exploring nature. These activities keep her energized and foster her curiosity both personally and professionally.
